  • Difficulty adjusting to life changes (e.g. changes in health, becoming a parent, children growing up, becoming a caregiver for an ill or elderly family-member, completing school and starting work, job/career changes, retirement, change in living or economic situation)
  • Problems with relationships or social interactions (e.g. with a partner, family, friends, co-workers, classmates, or others)
  • Problems related to identity and social acceptance—difficulty “fitting in” or feeling accepted, feeling different, judged, or rejected
  • Anxiety or nervousness
  • Depression, sadness, or low/down mood
  • Stress or overwhelm
  • Panic attacks/episodes—intense fear accompanied by “fight or flight” physical symptoms, sometimes provoking additional fear that physical symptoms are due to a heart attack, stroke, seizure, or other serious or life-threatening physical condition

Addressing other mind-body issues: I can also help identify when certain physical conditions may be causing or worsening your mental health (e.g. hormonal changes, vitamin/nutritional deficiencies or excess, conditions involving heightened sensitivities, and others).
